We offer multiple ways to deliver consulting services, all depending on your specific needs:
Payment structure generally depends on the delivery model you choose:

Retainer (X h or days/month): typically used for interim management, fractional leadership support or coaching, where you want guaranteed availability and capacity to ensure consistency.
Retainers provide you with consistent access to seasoned marketing and customer experience expertise, and deeper strategic alignment, often resulting in higher ROI than one-off projects. A retainer engagement is more of a partnership that fosters brand consistency, faster turnaround times, and predictable budgeting, while offering you the flexibility to adapt to changing market needs without constantly re-negotiating contracts.
Retainers are normally paid in advance, at the start of the month.

Fixed fee: typically used when we agree on a one-off project with a fixed scope and timeline.

On-demand / Pay as you go (hourly rate) - when you need ongoing support for execution but you're unsure of exact scope and need from month to month. This is typically suitable for framework agreements where the cost for different types of consultancy expertise is specified. SUNMICO typically charges 1000-1500 kr/h, depending on the type of resource/skillset you need.
