Today I had the opportunity to attend a big event called SuperMecca for the creative media/advertising industry. The event was hosted at the China Theater in downtown Stockholm. Program host and moderator was the entrepreneur Daniel Weilar, former MD of Nyheter24Gruppen.
There was an interesting and entertaining line-up of speakers covering a broad range of topics meant to inspire and provoke:
Eva Regårdh, MSc & Communications Director at the Foundation for Strategic Research (Stiftelsen för Strategisk Forskning): Everybody talks about AI, but what's really going on? About what happens when robots, automatisation and algorithms take over
Simon Kyaga, Chief Physician Psychiatry and researcher at the Karolinska Institute: Madness vs Creativity
Tia Castagno, Head of Innovation and Content, Vizeum Global: The Neuroscience & Energetics of Creativity
Linda Palmgren, CEO Starcom interviewing Bella Goldman, Marketing and Communications Director at Lidl about her experiences of building a strong brand
Shreeni Iyer, Head of Engineering UK at Quantcast: Media and Audience Planning of the Future
Danny Clayman, VP Northern Europe, Xandr: The Evolution of Advertising
Nora Ziegenhagen, Engagement Lead, Northern Europe, Google Digital Academy: Mastering Digital Marketing Transformation
Sid Mcgrath, Chief Strategy Officer, Karmarama London (Accenture Interactive): How brands can create better human experiences
Jenny Sagström, Co-founder and CEO of creative agency Sköna: Silicon Valley Marketing – lessons from chasing ‘the 10x’
Jacob Lovén, Head of Innovation, OMD: What can we learn from the world's largest digital market (China)?
Entertaining debate between Jens Ganman, Author, Satirist & Activist, and Jan Helin, Media Director at SVT, about the role of Swedish broadcast media (TV and radio)
