This week, I had the opportunity to be in Kista alongside my colleague, Pernilla Brouzell, where she shared the outcomes of a comprehensive customer insights and brand loyalty study, along with an employee survey conducted by SUNMICO on behalf of Comintelli.

Customer insights play a pivotal role in driving business growth as they offer data-driven insights into customer behavior, preferences, and requirements. This valuable information empowers businesses to make well-informed decisions across multiple domains. By digging deep into customer insights, companies can fuel transformation and growth by tailoring their products, marketing and communications strategies, and customer service to align with customer needs, thereby cultivating loyalty and boosting sales growth.

The surveys conducted have provided Comintelli with important insights, including the overall Net Promoter Score (NPS), a better understanding of what customers and employees value the most, brand associations, and loyalty drivers (crucial factors with the potential to enhance brand loyalty). Additionally, Comintelli has gained valuable feedback on its platform, the customer experience, strengths, areas for improvement as a Market & Competitive Intelligence platform provider, and as an employer.

These insights serve as essential inputs for positioning, segmentation, product development discussions, marketing and sales strategies, customer experience enhancements, and fostering employee engagement.

Thank you to the Comintelli team for your curiosity, interest, smart questions and insightful discussions!
